  1. Read the HC's report in the post above. You'll laugh you man-boobies off too.

  2. We Dr, you asked for our feedback. So here you have it. Hafuckinghaha.

  3. I think it's too serious to be laughing. People die when these people screw up. Just look at Baby P. It's not difficult to see how things like this can happen, when this is the sort of public sector performance is tolerated without penalty.

I mean, seriously, how can they get top rating when this sort of thing's going on?

Unbelievable. Totally, completely and entirely Mad Hatters Tea Party.

  4. I got one two (joke).

So what. I asked for my care plan, two weeks later, nothing. Asked again and they just ignored me. So what do I do? What's the point in making complaints. You can see what's happening to "Peter"

  5. You've got to use the Data Protection Act to get them. It's the law. If you ask for it under this act - they're breaking the law if they don't give it to you.

  6. Ι don't know if it's juѕt me or if
perhaps everyone еlse encountering іssues with
уour blog. It appears as if some of the wrіtten tеxt
withіn уouг content are runnіng off the screеn.
Can someonе elѕe pleаse comment аnd let me κnow if this іs haρреnіng to them
too? Thіs could be a issuе with my web browѕer becаuse I've had this happen before. Thanks
